Most homes are well served by our standard installs — a whole-house point-of-entry system, an undersink reverse osmosis unit, or a 4-way boiling tap. But some properties ask harder questions: a listed building that limits what you can alter, a six-bathroom house with long pipe runs, a water profile that doesn't behave like the postcode next door, or a commercial kitchen with its own demands.

Step 2 — Design and written quote
A system specification designed around the survey findings, with the price in writing before anything is ordered. No pressure, no follow-up calls if you decide not to go ahead.
Step 3 — Installation
Planned around your property and your schedule. Clean install, dust sheets down, leak-tested and flushed before Jordan leaves.
Step 4 — Aftercare
The person who designed the system maintains it. Filter schedules, system checks, and one number to call.

Anything a standard specification doesn't cover well: listed or heritage buildings, larger homes with multiple bathrooms, unusual supplies or water profiles, specific contaminant concerns, and commercial premises. Do you work on listed buildings?
